If you think that your material was disabled or removed due to error or misidentification, you can send in a counter-notification with the following details: Your phone number, email address, address, and name The website address of the deleted content Declaring under penalty of perjury that you sincerely believe the content was deleted because of an error or misidentification A declaration that you will accept service of process from the individual who issued the first DMCA notification and that you agree to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or the district in which your service provider is situated). Recurring Violations
Users who are discovered to be repeat infringers may have their accounts or access terminated by Faleg.
